Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Teacher, and Founder of Ritual Breathwork.
My work is rooted in nervous system science, somatic healing, and years of hands-on facilitation, with a background in mental health and experience in facilitated plant medicine ceremony.
For a long time, I searched for approaches that created real, lasting change. I understood my patterns, sat through therapy (still do), and did the mindset work, but still found myself stuck in familiar loops.
Everything shifted when I experienced somatic breathwork held in a way that prioritized safety. It became clear how much the body was holding—and how essential it is to work at that level first.
Ritual Breathwork was created from that understanding.
It’s a practice that blends nervous system science with sacred ceremony, guiding people to work with the body first, and integrate mindset tools once the system is ready to receive them.
