hello there.

I’m Kali, 

Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Teacher, and Founder of Ritual Breathwork.


For a long time, I thought I hated breathwork.

Turns out, I didn’t hate breathwork.
I hated being pushed past my edge in spaces that didn’t feel safe.

I had done the therapy. The mindset work.
I understood my patterns.
And still found myself right back in them.

So I started studying the breath
and its relationship to the nervous system.

Because you do not need a big, dramatic breakdown
to release what has been living in your body.

You need a way to work with your system
without blasting yourself out of it.

That is why I created Ritual Breathwork. A somatic breathwork practice rooted in nervous system safety set within the framework of ceremony.
