The world is a lot right now.
We need people who can hold it.
Let's just say it...
There’s a lot coming at us.
News cycles that don’t stop.
Constant input.
A steady stream of things to process, react to, and hold.
And even if you’re doing all the “right” things…
your body can still feel like it’s carrying more than it knows what to do with.
Because it is.
And when enough of us are carrying this…
it becomes the energy of everything.
You're not doing it wrong. You’re just carrying more than you’ve been taught how to process.
We can understand our patterns.
We can talk it out all day in therapy.
We can throw every mindset hack at it.
And still find ourselves stuck in the same loops—
reacting, repeating, tightening.
Because real change doesn’t happen because we've processed it over and over again.
It happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to shift.
And if the body is stuck in survival,
it’s not available for growth.
It’s focused on getting you through the day.
This isn’t just personal.
It’s collective.
At Ritual Breathwork you'll learn how to use the breath to help the body surface what it’s been holding… so it can be released, processed, and integrated.
No pushing.
No overwhelm.
Just a process your body already knows.
Because your nervous system shapes how you experience the world.
And a nervous system stuck in survival?
It’s not finding its way to your vision board.
It's finding its way to the old patterns that feel safe.
When you learn to regulate your own nervous system, everything begins to shift.
You respond instead of react.
You stay present in intensity.
You don’t get pulled under as easily.
And from there…
you become someone who can hold that for others.
Experience IT FIRST
FOR YOURSELF.
Join us Wednesdays at 12pm PST for a FREE virtual somatic breathwork journey. Release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Start by feeling it in your own body. Not by reading about it. Not by trying to understand it first. Just… show up and breathe. You’ll know pretty quickly if this is your thing.
Choose between our 6 week virtual training, 3 day studio intensive, or advanced practitioner hybrid. Three ways to step into the work, each designed to meet you where you are.
Not ready yet? Totally fine. Stay close.
We’ll keep you in the loop with sessions, trainings, and ways to keep dipping your toe in without committing to everything all at once.
You don’t have to be ready.
The world isn’t slowing down.
But how you meet it can change.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to feel the pull—
to stay grounded in the middle of it
and help others do the same.
hello there.
Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Teacher, and Founder of Ritual Breathwork.
For a long time, I thought I hated breathwork.
Turns out, I didn’t hate breathwork. I hated being pushed way past my edge in spaces that didn’t feel safe. Not exactly the healing experience I was hoping for.
I’d already done the therapy, the mindset work, all of it. I understood my patterns… and still found myself right back in them.
So I started studying the breath and its relationship to the nervous system.
And despite what Instagram breath-fluencers might want you to believe, you don’t need the big, dramatic emotional breakdown to release what’s been living rent-free in your body all these years.
What you actually need is a way to let the practice meet you where you are…
without blasting you out of your body.
That’s why I created Ritual Breathwork. A somatic breathwork practice designed to connect you with your body, not disconnect from it.
Wild Dancer. Loud Laugher. conscious creator. Cacao Sipper. Human-BE-er.
I had a powerful experience that supported me in releasing emotions what I'd been avoiding or resisting, and by the last round of breath I felt joyful and deeply connected to myself.

Are you ready?
Not by pushing through the stress, the fear, or the nonstop noise.
Not by pretending we are fine when our bodies are clearly saying otherwise.
But by learning how to stay grounded in the middle of it.
To come back to ourselves again and again.
And by helping others do the same.
